Marketing Dive reported that Microsoft is to close its Bing Ad Express by the end of July. Bing Ad Express was meant to be an automated ad system to help businesses that didn’t have time, money, or experience to manage paid search. The closure is because Bing believes that automating the ad process took away important control from the campaigns that brands and businesses needed.
