How does ExoClick’s Ethical Channel work?
Our Ethical Channel is managed through an external software platform (Whistleblower) that ensures confidentiality and, if desired, the whistleblower’s anonymity. You can submit your report anonymously or include your personal details, based on your preference.

In addition, under Law 2/2023, you also have the right to report any irregularity directly to the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection (A.A.I.), or after submitting it through ExoClick’s internal channel.
