We have added a new feature in Step 5 that allows advertisers to block or target zones across a whole site with just a couple of clicks, to improve workflow. <\/span><\/p>\n

Here’s how it works:<\/span><\/p>\n

To target or block zones and sites in the list, first use the <\/span>Target Mode<\/b> drop-down to select whether to <\/span>Target<\/b> or <\/span>Block<\/b> zones and sites. Once you select a <\/span>Target Mode<\/b> other than <\/span>All<\/b>, a list of zones will appear in the bottom half of the screen:<\/span><\/p>\n

To <\/span>Target<\/b> or <\/span>Block<\/b> zones and sites, click on the drop-down arrow beside the target\/block icon in the left column (this icon will change depending on whether you’ve selected <\/span>Target<\/b> or <\/span>Block<\/b> in the <\/span>Target Mode<\/b> drop-down).<\/span><\/p>\n

If you select <\/span>Block<\/b> in the <\/span>Target Mode<\/b> drop-down, you can then choose to:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Block this zone<\/b>: Block only this zone.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Block all zones for this site<\/b>: Block all the zones on the site that this zone is on. The number of zones that this will block shows on the right.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Targeting zones and sites<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    \"Targeting\"<\/p>\n

    Similarly, if you select <\/span>Target<\/b> in the <\/span>Target Mode<\/b> drop-down, you can then choose to:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Target this zone<\/b>: Target only this zone.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Target all zones for this site<\/b>: Target all the zones on the site that this zone is on. The number of zones that this will target shows on the right.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Once you’ve targeted\/blocked a single zone, when you click on the arrow again, you will be able to choose whether to reverse the targeting or blocking for it, or target\/block all zones on that site.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u00a0<\/span>In the <\/span>Status<\/b> column on the left side of the list, you will see whether each zone is <\/span>Targeted<\/b> or <\/span>Blocked<\/b> according to your settings.
