Changing the currency of the Account
Currently there is no option to switch currencies in your Admin panel, however if you really need to change it you will have to do the following:
1) Spend the remaining funds on your existing account
2) To switch from EURO to USD: create a new account and initially set it to a non-European country (like USA) so we can allow you to use US Dollars. Once the account has been successfully registered, update the country to your real one
To switch from USD to EURO: create a new account with the country set to a European one (like Spain) so the system can allow you to use Euros. Once the account has been successfully registered, update the country to your real one.
3) When creating the new account, state in the “Comments” section the reason why you need this new account, and tell us the old account username that we should close.
Alternatively click “Contact Us” above and send a ticket to the Customer Services department with the full details. This will prevent any interruption to your campaigns/account status.
