This legislation aims to standardize content regulations throughout the EU and establish distinct procedures for moderating online content. The DSA is applicable to a wide range of online services, encompassing marketplaces, app stores, online video-sharing platforms, and search engines.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ExoClick qualifies as an <\/span><b>Intermediary Service Provider<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><b>ISP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) within the meaning of the DSA. Consequently, we have adjusted several of our well-established trust and safety procedures and modified the functioning of certain services to adhere to the specific requirements outlined in the DSA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over many years across ExoClick, we have made investments in people, processes, policies and technologies that address some of the requirements of the DSA. For example, we provide different <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">notice and action mechanisms<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on our website through which individuals or companies who are affected can report an infringement of their copyright or any type of illegal content. We also have a Compliance team, composed of trained employees, that work 365 days a year in order to check campaigns and landing pages manually for malvertising and non compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of the DSA&#8217;s entry into force and our obligations as an ISP, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">we have made significant efforts to adapt<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> our guidelines, action mechanisms, measures and tools used to moderate content to comply with the DSA\u2019s specific requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This involves the following documents or sections:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exoclick.com\/fr\/compliance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Content Moderation information<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exoclick.com\/fr\/directives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guidelines for Advertisers and Publishers<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exoclick.com\/copyrightform\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A form to report Copyright Infringement<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.exoclick.com\/fr\/nous-contacter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A form to report Illegal Content<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, ExoClick has designated a single point of contact to maintain direct communication with <\/span><b>Member States\u2019 authorities <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">concerning DSA obligations, this is <\/span><a href=\"mailto:dsa@exoclick.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dsa@exoclick.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
