The focus of these statistics are ExoClick&#8217;s Native advertising and In-stream video ad formats.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Native advertising statistics Q1 2018<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>1.The top 5 GEOs serving Native impressions were:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24626\" src=\"https:\/\/www.exoclick.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/1-new.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"810\" height=\"539\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In fact the USA is the biggest market for Native ads with predictions from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emarketer.com\/content\/native-ad-spend-will-make-up-nearly-60-of-display-spending-in-2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eMarketer<\/a> stating that this year 58.3% of US digital display spending will be for Native placements, that\u2019s up from 54% in 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Devices serving Native ads<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring Q1 desktop was leading the way and we served 57% of our Native impressions on that device, 36% on mobile and 7% on tablets. Interestingly 75% of tablet impressions were on the iPad, with tablets being used mainly to watch video content, it seems advertisers are targeting what are considered to be the more affluent Apple users.
