As Security and Compliance Manager, together with another security manager and the Customer Service Agents, you will assess and oversee all functional related security and compliance issues across the ad network.

You will also help managing the development and implementation of policies, procedures and controls to ensure that the organization and clients are following guidelines and best practices.

You will work on the development of short, mid and long-term security strategies to protect ExoClick from any type of fraud and/or malware and ensure that the company meets all mandated security standards.



  • Review current technology and information policies and practices for continued applicability and effectiveness.
  • Establish and implement company’s security program, directing the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

  • Communicate key information security strategies and processes to increase productivity and to reduce risk of intrusion.
  • Manage the compliance program to successful completion each year with the ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Manage the execution of multiple security controls validation programs simultaneously with specific deadlines.
  • Overview improvements to the security and compliance and audit control processes.
  • Document execution of information security controls and any findings during the review cycle.
  • Identify control deficiencies and/or process inefficiencies and develop process improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of the staff.


  • 2-5 years of experience in IT security or QA roles.
  • Experience using Fiddler (debugging proxy) or similar.
  • Strong experience with web security (malwares, mal adverts, etc).
  • Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Shell scripting is a good plus.
  • Web development skills in PHP are a good plus.
  • Knowledge in script’s development.
  • Experience in network security products and platforms, including intrusion detection/prevention, vulnerability assessments data loss prevention and penetration testing.
  • Strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies and policies.
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus).
