General FAQ
  • What is ExoClick?
    ExoClick is a pay per click platform that provides services to advertisers and publishers. ExoClick is operated by ExoClick SL, a European company based in Barcelona, Spain.

  • What advertising models do you support?
    Currently, Exoclick is working exclusively on a pay per click basis. With text and banner ads in all major standard sizes.

  • What is the diference between hits and clicks?
    Hits statistics show the number of impressions of the ads. The clicks statistics show you the numbers of unique clicks on those ads.

Publishers FAQ
  • What payment methods do you support?
    We can pay through Paypal, ePassporte, Wire transfer or Mail check.

  • What is the minimum payout?
    $10 for Paypal/ePassporte and $200 for Mail check.

  • When will I get paid?
    We pay every week (each Monday) if minimum payout has been reached. There is one week gap between payments. As in, week 1 will be paid at the end of week 2, etc... You can check your payments history from the admin panel.

  • Can I work with ExoClick if I'm working as an Individual?
    Yes, you can work with us without having a company. You will just need to give your full name as "Company Name" and we will require your ID card number to proceed with payments.

  • What statistics will I get?
    You will get detailed hits and clicks statistics by web site, country, language, etc... Statistics are refreshed every 15 minutes.

  • What marketing tools are available?
    - Categorized web portals.
    - Search Boxes.
    - Ads Boxes to place on your site.
    - Domain parking.
    - XML Feed.

  • Do you have an affiliate program?
    Yes, we call it "referral program" and you can find your referral link in our admin panel under "PUBLISHERS > Marketing Tools > Referral Program". You will get a 5% bonus on the revenue generated by your referrals, lifetime.

  • How much do you pay per click?
    There is no simple answer to this question. The price per clic is dynamic and will vary following different variables. First, and most important one is the country from which the click is coming from, second is the niche (also called "category") used to attract clicks and third is actual bids from our advertisers.

  • Why am I not getting my payments?
    To receive payments, first make sure your publisher account is approved. You also have to fill-in all your account and payment information from the admin panel. Last but not least, you need to reach the minimum payout for the payment period.

  • How can I get approved?
    First of all, you need to generate at least 100 clicks. Then you will be able to send us an approval request from the admin panel. Please fill the approval form with as many details about your website/s as possible. Name your traffic sources, pages where you have placed our ads, what's the topic of your website, etc...

  • It's already 48 hours since I have submitted the approval application. What is going on?
    We probably have a lot of approval requests and it may take a bit longer to review your account. If your account is not being reviewed in the next few hours, please check your mailbox. Sometimes we missed some information and send an e-mail asking to provide us more details. If there is no e-mail from us and your account is still not reviewed then please contact our support.

  • I have placed your ad boxes, but I don't see any ads. Why?
    Our ads are geo-targeted and there might be no campaigns running for your location and category. Please use our Bids Estimator tool (Admin Panel > Tools > Bids Estimator) to check available campaigns for your (or any other) country.

Advertisers FAQ
  • How can I pay for the campaigns?
    You can pay by credit card, Paypal, ePassporte or wire transfer.

  • What is the minimum price per click?
    The minimum PPC is $0.01

  • How can I monitor my campaigns?
    You will get detailed clicks statistics in your client area.

  • From where is coming the traffic you will send me?
    Your ads will be displayed on our domain parking, our search engines and on the web sites from our network of carefully selected publishers.

  • How to check my advertising funds?
    To check your available funds for advertising please go to main page of your ExoClick account (the first page you can see after logging into your account) and check the first table named "Your account". You can see your account balance in the row named "Available for campaigns".

  • How can I use goals?
    Goals can show you how many sales or leads you have made with ExoClick traffic. To create a goal please select from your ExoClick account menu "Advertisers > Goals". Create a goal by adding a name to it and push the button "Add Goal". Get the HTML code for this goal by clicking on "TAG". Then copy/paste this code to your "thank you" page.
    Thank you page is a page you show your visitors when he makes some action. Like "Thank you for shopping" page after purchasing a product in an e-shop or "Thank you for signing into our newsletter" when user is subscribing to your newsletter.

  • My campaign is not getting any clicks.
    New advertisers go through an approval process by our risk team to make sure the payment and campaigns are valid. You may contact our support with your account details if you want to speed up this process. This usually takes less than 48 hours.

  • Are there any limits for advertiser account fundings?
    Yes, there is a funding limit of $1,500 for 30 days. Limit is applied only for Paypal and credit card transaction. You can fund your advertiser account without any limits by ePassporte or wire transfer.

  • What are ExoClick nameservers?
    To use our domain parking, please change your nameservers to:
    NS1.EXOCLICK.COM
    NS2.EXOCLICK.COM
    You also have to add your domains to your ExoClick account. Log into your account and choose "Domains > My Domains" from the left menu.
