Zero Tolerance Policy
Click fraud is something we take very seriously at ExoClick.com

We have developed our own anti-fraud module, to detect and block poor quality traffic.
Most of our filters are kept secret for obvious reasons, but here is a small overview:
  • Duplicate IPs.
  • Proxy servers IPs.
  • Abnormal conversion rates.
  • Spikes in traffic or clicks.
  • Abnormal cost per click variations.
  • Abnormal browser data.
We also believe fraud cannot be eliminated only by automatic tools and filters, which is why our first rule to avoir fraud is to know our clients. We have very restrictive rules on the publishers and web sites we accept, targeting quality instead of quantity. Each site is analyzed and monitored. What is the site about? What are the traffic sources? How old is this site? Where are the users from?

Poor traffic sources are systematically eliminated.

If you still feel there is a problem with the traffic you received, you are welcome to contact us and we will verify carefully all the clicks sent to your site. If fraudulent activity is discovered, actions will be taken to block this traffic and we are fully transparent. You will be notified of the problem and the invalid clicks will be credited to you.
